Can you believe it’s Friday already?! It only seems 2 minutes since I was recovering from my hangover … induced last Friday. Saying that hangovers in my 40’s do seem to take a chuffing week to  disappear.

I’ve had a lovely day . I met up with one of my mum’s best friends Anne. [ a beautiful soul inside & out] I’m making a conscious effort to do so; it’s what Mum would have wanted.

We sat and chatted [mainly about Mum] drank  copious amounts of coffee and I came home with a new book ‘Be a unicorn & live life on the bright side’ …

as you do at 46!

So I thought I’d pop on here today to tell you all about a rather fabulous offer Temple Spa has on.
