Veggiecol from Rejuvenated
I think it is equally as important for our skin what we put into our bodies as well as what we put on it.
I’m a big fan of collagen shots which I have been using on and off for the past couple of years.
I’m also a massive fan of Alex Steinherr the beauty editor of Glamour Magazine. She has amazing skin, access to the best of beauty and I stalk follow her on snapchat (asteinherr)
Despite what people think Snapchat isn’t just for the kids. Ok some of the filters are hilarious and I’m guilty of messing around. I do however follow a bevvy of beauty and lifestyle bloggers. I find their snaps are addictive and very informative.
Ms Steinherr’s makeup routines snaps are truly fabulous. If your a makeup junkie like me you will love them. I swear she creates a glow (on her skin) like no other.
One snap intrigued me … a photo of Veggiecol , which she is a big fan of and takes daily.
It was by the same makers of collagen shots and I hadn’t heard of it. This just wouldn’t do.
I was on it like a (collagen) shot and messaged Kathryn to enquire what it was? I hate missing out..
To cut a long story short a few days later I received this generous parcel of goodies . I can’t tell you how excited I was to trail them.
Just in time for my hols…
It contained 7 days supply of H3O Hydration and a months supply of Veggiecol (60 capsules / 500 mg)
Veggiecol is the first natural collagen supplement to offer a vegetarian alternative to the current marine based Collagen Shots which I normally take.
I have been using them for just under a month now and despite not being vegetarian I actually prefer them to the collagen shots.
I found Veggiecol easier and quicker to take than collagen shots which you mix with a glass of water.
Being a capsule in my opinion it is also more convenient. I didn’t forget to take them (well maybe a few times) which I often did with the collagen shots. I would pop a few in my handbag just in-case I did forget. I could then rectify this as soon as I got to work etc.
It combines collagen hyaluronic acid and over 500 ingredients with super fruit acai berry, vitamin C, vitamin B (niacin), copper and zinc.
Vegetarian collagen and hyaluronic acid with vitamin C to promote softer and smoother skin.
My skin looks more evenly toned.
I certainly noticed a difference around my eyes. I don’t look as dark under the eye area. I’m not overly wrinkly but the lines I have definitely softened. My skin feels softer. Not just on my face but all over, especially my hands.
It is something I will definitely be re-ordering.
A months supply will set you back £39.95 plus delivery
Provide minerals and ions key in hydration for skin and health
They offer nutritional support for skin throughout the day and contain specific nutrients to enhance water absorption. Your daily serving of H3O Hydration is rich in Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin C.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
I swear this attributed to why I didn’t look ‘like I had been dug up’ during the Girls Marbella weekend away a few weeks ago.
I was surviving on a couple of hours sleep a night and drinking a lot (of whisky and champagne…not water). My skin should have looked dull and drained however it didn’t . My skin looked surprisingly clear and felt well hydrated.
The sun and lifestyle while you are away obviously help but I swear these assisted.
It comes in powder form which you mix with water. They actually taste quite nice. Rejuvenated recommend you take them once or twice a day for maximum benefits. I took one a day.
7 days supply – £9.95
30 days supply – £30.00

Hi I wanted to know do u mix it with cold water or hot kettle?
Cold water :)) x
Hi Tracy, I have been taking Imedeen for approx 3 years now and have seen a huge difference in my skin, no dark circles and my skin just glows, I really can’t be without them. I also started taking the Imedeen for hair 3 months back as I noticed my hair was starting to thin a little and already my hair feels so much thicker. So yes in answer to your question I do believe in supplements !
They’re great aren’t they. When I first started taking collagen shots I was very sceptical then saw the results and I’ve never looked back. I would defo recommend the Veggicol .
Thankyou for taking the time to leave a comment and I’m glad your a supplement lover like me, Tracey x
