I’m laid horizontal in the garden , factor 50’d to the hilt, glowing in the aftermath of an England win over in Russia at the World Cup … and copious amounts of beer. What a score eh ? Even the commentators looked abit dum-founded at full time.

Anyways I’m not here to give you a match low-down and analysis , but I will quickly mention that I do think Harry Kane looks like a rough version of Ryan Gosling . After every penalty I was willing him to start doing a little dance, while singing ‘City of Dreams’ … Harry if your reading [ I can dream right? ] please make it so next game.

I’m digressing aren’t I ? If you read my blog regularly you’ll know there’s nothing new there.

My skin! Let’s discuss…

My skin has never felt as good as it does at this moment in time. Yes … I’ve been using and trying out some bloody great skincare products / brands BUT there’s one product that’s made a massive difference in my humble opinion and I’m not joking when I say it’s a wonder product.

If like me your prone to spots, and have generally bleugh dull-looking skin then this is for you . ALSO following a holiday with the girls , that involved lots [ and lots ] of alcohol , late nights and not much sleep my skin was crying out for some love. All the hard work I’d put in before my hols eradicated in just 4 days ! As we touched down in Spain my friend Rach advised me I was glowing. On the way back we could barely speak ! My skin although slightly tanned felt lack-lustre to say the least. Not a glow in sight!

This is where Dermabiome by Marie Reynolds came in – where have you been all my life ?

Dermabiome is a skin food facial mask that you mix up yourself and apply to your face. Don’t panic, it’s so simple . You take a teaspoon of the green power, put into a bowl and add a tiny amount of water. Mix until it is the right consistency, then apply to your face.

You look like a swamp monster , which I don’t mind and I’m strangely addicted to the smell.

The mask balances the skin’s natural flora and fauna. Has antibacterial, anti- inflammatory, rejuvenating and brightening properties .

You leave it on for 10/ 15 minutes before removing with hot water. You can even apply it right up to your eyes as there are no nastiest in it. For those wondering it is also not tested on animals.

It was one of the first things I did when I got in from the holiday . Cup of coffee, hot steamy bath, prepared my mask; applied and just laid there. Bliss.

For me personally it restores calm to my temperamental skin, any redness is reduced , my skin feels babies-bum soft and brighter. Any spots I have seem to more or less disappear! Its also working on and gradually reducing redness from previous spots and scarring .

It really is that good.

Each application of the mask provides the skin with five billion live bacteria cultures. I’m not sure about you but that kinda freaks me out but at the same time sounds awesome.

You’ve known me long enough to know I tell it how it is … but if you don’t believe me then take Lisa Snowden’s, Really Ree and Alessandra Steinherr word for it. All big devotees. In fact it was Alessandra who insisted Maria produce the mask for general consumption!

Its not cheap at £68 but believe me it will be the best money you’ve ever parted with. For this you will get enough product to make 19 masks , so it will last a good few months . Unless like me you use it 3 times a week … then maybe not so long.
